Would you use the same vows from your wedding for your renewal of vows?

I think I have the most romantic wedding vows ever. I was thinking about incorporating some of those words from our wedding, into our renewal of vows. Or Should I just go with something more fun,and humorous? I don’t know what to do.
So Ladies give me your suggestions or ideas. What would you do?
