What suit, tie, shirt colour combination will work best for my fiance? Wedding flowers: orange, red?

He looks really good in black. I want the tie to match his buttoniere (which will be orange / red like my flowers) but I don’t know what colour shirt will look best. I don’t want his shirt to be white.
