What Kind Of Person Would Steal Someone Else’s Wedding Plans?

My soon to be sister in law “stole” the wedding plans that my fiance’ and I developed. She decided to have the same type of religious ceremony, in the same venue, at around the same time of the year. My fiance’ and I have been saving money to have the wedding there for about a year and we just found out that my soon to be brother in law and his fiance’ just put a deposit on the venue. We told them and other members of the family of our plans to have the wedding in that venue prior to them deciding to have their wedding there.
