Wedding(planning) Cost,flights,motels-guests Out Of The U.s Any Ideas?

hi
we have family in italy,germany and spain.
Now in 2 years we are planning to have out wedding in white,with nice dress,guests,party,family ect….which we couldnt have 4 years ago.
Those flights into the us are expansive..we talking about 1900 bucks for 2 adults there and back…most have kids…Plus motel costs ect.
Are wedding planner expansive?
can i manage it or do i need an prof? Is it ok to split costs for living,while they here…motel costs whatever?
