Questions About Wedding Toasts?

I am getting married on June 7th. I am wondering about the toasts. Who all makes toasts and when. Like at the rehursal, doesn’t the bride and groom make toast to the rest of the wedding party, thanking them for being in the wedding. And also doesn’t the bride and groom do a toast at the wedding reseption thanking everyone for coming?
Also can anyone give me some ideas for toasts or websites where I can find toasts. I can not write and have no idea what to say.
I would also like to do a toast to my mother, thanking her for everything she has done for us and wedding (she had paid for everthing and organized everything). Can anyone give me a nice and meaningful toast for this, also when should I do it, at the rehursal or at the reseption?
