Question by Mandy: My “BEST FRIEND”, or so she calls herself, asked me to be her maid of honor.?
She hasn’t spent time with me in about 2 years. Every time I ask her if she wants to do something she says yeah and then at the last minute cancels. When we first met we were inseparable but then we started dating and things changed(I knew that that would happen so it wasn’t a problem). One day she came over to hang out. To make a long story short she asked me to stay the night(of course i said yes) then a few hours later her boyfriend( now fiance) text her and asked her to come over. She told him that she had done asked me to stay the night and that she didnt know how to get rid of me. She then turned to me, not knowing that i can read apparently, and says, ” Oh, I forgot, I have plans.” I was so mad and hurt that I didnt know what to say. I swear my cheeks were on fire and if i would have opened my mouth i would of burnt the s*** out of her. She refered to me as something she can get RID of!!!! That is the day she lost all respect from me. We date bothers and she treats my boyfriend like crap right in front of me. I would never treat her boyfriend the way she does mine. She will go over to there house( remember we are dating brothers) to do her homework and scream at him for watching tv in HIS livingroom. And she does this in front of her future inlaws which really looks good on her part, right. I dont KNOW what to do. I am a huge pushover. I cant stand her anymore and I swear if i cant get out of being her maid of honor I am gonna punch her in concieted selfish face on her wedding day. I already accepted to be her maid of honor( or the pushover part of me did). WHAT IN THE HELL DO I DO TO UNDO THIS. She has no idea I even know about the GET RID of me day?

Just cancel at the last minute like she did. It’s a real mean thing to do, but this will show her how you felt when you were left alone.

say u forgot u had plans and cancel (the night before her wedding). i think this serve her right. so i pretty much go with the first answer.
