Planning A Wedding On A Budget?

I’m planning my wedding. This is my 2nd marriage and my fiance’s 5th. I did not have a wedding the first time, and I want to do this right. I have a limited budget, as my fiance’ and I are paying for the whole thing ourselves. Our budget is around 8 thousand for the wedding, reception, and honeymoon. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (I did figure out my dream wedding, and it would cost me close to 21 thousand, I need ways to cut the cost by 2/3.)
